Lab Grown

Lab grown diamonds, also called synthetic or man-made, are real diamonds created in a laboratory instead of mined from the earth. They share the exact chemical, physical, and optical properties of natural diamonds, making them virtually indistinguishable without specialised equipment, yet they can cost 40–60% less. Produced using either High Pressure High Temperature (HPHT) or Chemical Vapour Deposition (CVD), both methods grow diamonds from a small “seed” until they form into the sparkling gemstones we know and love.

Although visually identical to mined diamonds, lab grown stones are often laser-inscribed on the girdle and certified by respected organisations such as GIA, IGI, or GCAL. They are an ethical, affordable, and scientifically advanced choice, increasingly popular for engagement rings, wedding bands, earrings, and other fine jewellery. Put simply: ice is ice, whether from your freezer or the North Pole, and a diamond is a diamond, whether from the earth or a lab.
